Characterised by a straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, Schietto embodies all the distinctive traits of Grechetto: minerality, sharpness and savouriness. What is unexpected, however, is its subtle aroma and smoothness – qualities not usually found in this variety but which are characteristic of Eredi dei Papi’s specific Grechetto clone.
The minerality and hints of lemon characterise a crisp, easy-drinking wine, in which the 14 per cent alcohol content underpins the structure without ever weighing down the palate.

On the nose, it offers an intense and complex bouquet. Distinct fruity notes of yellow peach and citrus (mandarin, lime) emerge, along with occasional balsamic or floral hints, accompanied by aromatic herbs such as thyme. It is a still wine which, whilst young, displays remarkable structure. It can be aged in stainless steel or, in some cases, on the lees to develop greater complexity.

A prestigious Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosé, renowned for having been awarded the title of ‘world’s best rosé’. Produced in Gallura, it is a dry, fresh and savoury wine, characterised by a pale pink colour, aromas of red berries, citrus fruits (pink grapefruit) and exotic fruits (pineapple), and aged in stainless steel.

An organic, natural and authentic red wine, produced without added sulphites through spontaneous fermentation. Made from 100 per cent Montepulciano grapes grown in Atri (TE), it is characterised by its intense ruby colour, fruity aromas of morello cherry and wild berries, and a full-bodied, tannic and harmonious flavour.
Sicilia DOC. Aromatic and Mediterranean, with notes of peach, apricot and orange blossom.
Lazio IGT. An iconic red wine from Casale del Giglio. Powerful and complex, with notes of blackberry, chocolate, tobacco and oriental spices. Aged for a long time in barriques.

A wine with an intense purplish-red colour and a distinct aroma of ripe cherries and fresh fruit salad. On the palate, it is elegant, with vibrant tannins balanced by a finish that reveals full ripeness and a sunny character. The aftertaste is fresh and lingering.
Lazio IGT. A highly complex red wine made from the indigenous Nero Buono grape variety. Notes of blackberry, spices and Mediterranean scrub.
Rosso di Montalcino DOC. The younger brother of Brunello, fresh and fruity with soft tannins.
Valpolicella DOC Classico. Fresh and easy to drink, with notes of cherry, almond and a hint of spice.
Fresh and savoury, with a pale ruby colour. Made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown on clay soils, it offers notes of cherry and green pepper, and is ideal with pasta dishes and white meats. It is well-balanced and easy to drink.
The ‘Ripasso’ made with Amarone skins lends structure and spicy notes, whilst the Ripasso made with Recioto pomace imparts smoothness and aromatic richness. The combination of the two Ripasso wines and the subsequent ageing in oak barrels harmonises the aromas and results in a complex and highly enjoyable wine.
The grapes are placed in contact with – or ‘repassed’ on – the Amarone pomace. It is both smooth and tart.
In the glass, it has a deep ruby-red colour tending towards orange. On the nose, notes of plums, sour cherries, pepper and ginger. On the palate, it is well-balanced and slightly tannic. PAIRINGS It pairs perfectly with mushroom risotto or with meat, roasts, barbecued meats and game.
